Tim Sweet is an Operational Strategist specializing in helping businesses develop "Self-Perpetuating Improvement". Tim has led a variety of improvement projects, ranging from waste elimination to corporate strategy/process alignment. 

Tim has sat on the local board of APICS, the Association for Operations Management and holds a degree from Haskayne School of Business (Calgary) with the distinction of being the school's first undergraduate to be published twice. His works has since appeared in The Journal of Operations Management" and "The Fundamentals of Operations Management", which remains required reading for business students across the country.

Tim is an accredited professional Chef. He maintains that this earlier experience allows him to treat improvement with the creativity, balance, and detail needed to make change easily "digestible".
