Patricia “Pat” Boswell has the expertise and experience necessary to bring growth to food producers.  Pat has dedicated her career to helping improve the safety, quality and saleability of food products, while perfecting them to exactly meet the needs of customers.  She has over 31 years experience in Product Development, Compliance, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.  She has helped companies enter new markets, managed key accounts, designed specialty and signature items, setup and audited food safety / illness prevention programs.  She is highly educated and certified to design, lead and if necessary audit HACCP programs.  She can create QA/QC processes and protocols to ensure maximum success in your market, minimize waste and ensure compliance.  Her experience extends from small artisan operations, all the way to multi facility, international corporations with extensive and varied product lines.
